Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy

I. Overview & Scope Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd of 1 Eloff St, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, 2000, has established a Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Policy ("EEO"). This EEO policy applies to all aspects of the relationship between Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd and its employees, including, but not limited to, employment, recruitment, advertisements, hiring, firing, compensation, assignment, classification, termination, promotions, transfer, training, working conditions, wages, salary administration, employee benefits, and application of policies. It extends to independent contractors, temporary employees, all personnel on premises, and any other persons or firms doing business with Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd. Violation of this policy by any user will result in loss of access to the Bro Cabs platform. II. Policies

1. Discrimination Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd prohibits any form of discrimination based on race, creed, religion, color, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, veteran status, domestic violence victim status, national origin, political affiliation, sex, genetic characteristics, geographic location, or any other protected status under law. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities. Prohibited Conduct Examples include: refusing service or employment based on protected characteristics, using derogatory language, denying pickups or access, and any act that denies equal enjoyment of services or employment.

2. Harassment Any unwanted behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or humiliating environment, based on protected characteristics, is prohibited. This includes verbal, non-verbal, explicit, or implicit harassment.

3. Sexual Harassment Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature are prohibited when they affect employment conditions or create a hostile work environment.

4. Affirmative Action Bro Cabs (Pty) Ltd seeks to increase the representation and participation of minorities through its affirmative action program.

5. Reporting Discrimination & Harassment Employees should file grievances with the Grievance Department at 1 Eloff St, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, or via admin@brocabs.co.za. All reports will be investigated confidentially and promptly.

6. Retaliation Retaliation against anyone reporting harassment in good faith is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

7. Disciplinary Measures Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.

8. Remedies Remedies for verified discrimination may include back pay, promotion, reinstatement, reasonable accommodation, and coverage of legal fees.

9. Policy Implementation This policy is fully supported by Bro Cabs CEO, Msizi Mtolo, effective as of June 27, 2025.
